New Lab Light Bridge

by Magenta Field

Architectural light installation

New Lab commissioned Magenta Field to create a lighting installation that would complement the building’s architecture, and express the dynamic nature of the inventive work happening within. The project was unveiled during the event for the third anniversary of the New Lab which hosts companies at the forefront of solving solving systemic challenges with frontier technologies.

Wrapping around the building’s central mezzanine and suspended bridge the repetition of light fixtures echo the building’s verticality and structural skeleton. The lights emit a saturated ombré that transition slowly as superimposed moiré geometry transitions throughout.
